In a very close competition, Santa Monica High School beat Arcadia High School for the title of Regional Ocean Sciences Bowl Champion.

More than a dozen teams from regional high schools will converge upon UC San Diego’s Scripps Institution of Oceanography on March 6 to prove they know the most about the coast during the 13th annual La Jolla Surf Bowl.
